CSDAC Youth Summer Spiritual Intensive

Five spots left to be a part of our summer intensive! If you are going into high school or are anywhere in your college journey, this is for you! We will be starting on June 17th and will be taking part in several things together.

• Discipleship: What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus? What is a relationship with Jesus? How does a person follow Jesus? How does that matter in regular life? How does that impact church? Together, we will explore this in depth over the summer!
• Professional Ministry: What does it look like to be in ministry professionally? What do pastors do? How do you get involved in church work? If you have ever been curious about pastoral ministry for yourself or just curious what a pastor does when it isn't Sabbath, or if you are just curious how the church works behind the scenes, we will explore all of that!
• Preaching: Together, we will create a sermon presentation as a group to share with the congregation one Sabbath!
• Community Skills: How do we build good relationships? What skills go into a happy church, family, marriage, or friendship? We are going to explore behavioral styles, personalities, listening, conflict...all the things that go into making relationships actually work when the rubber meets the road!
• Event Creation: Together, we will build an event or two for our youth group/church. Think cupcake wars, glow in the dark mini-golf, movie nights, etc.
