Trip Costs & Payment Schedule:
FOR CORONA/PREVIOUS MISSION PARTICIPANTS IS:
- $1,300.00 for the first member of a family
- Families of 2 or more $1,100.00 / person
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- 1st Payment due on 03-01: $400.00 (With application and color copy of your passport)
- 2nd Payment due on 04-01: $400.00
- 3rd Payment due on 05-01: $500.00 (With Bolivia passport)
NON-FUNDRAISING MEMBERS:
- $1,500.00 for the first member of a family
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- 1st Payment due on 03-01: $500.00 (With application and color copy of your passport)
- 2nd Payment due on 04-01: $500.00
- 3rd Payment due on 05-01: $500.00 (With Bolivia passport)

- Insurance: You will be covered under an accident insurance policy provided by Maranatha for the dates of
the trip. This is a secondary policy, and claims will be processed through your primary policy
first. Please carry a copy of your health insurance card for primary coverage. - Ground Transportation
- Excursion: Guembe Biocenter is natural paradise surrounded by exotic plants, lush forests and exotic animals typical of the region. Guembe is a place where you will find a beautiful variety of flora and fauna, ecological trails, lagoons, and 19 swimming pools and recreational activities for all ages. Shopping the in open air market in Santa Cruz.

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FOR MINORS TRAVELING WITHOUT BOTH PARENTS – DUE JUNE 1

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:
- Passport-valid for 6 months upon return
- Medical Review (Required by Maranatha).
- Health History form (link will be available soon here)

- Private Insurance Card
Visa Requirements:
- Passport: valid for 6 months past your return date
- Color passport copy: you must present a color copy of the entire page of your passport, including your signature
- Travel itinerary: You will need to show your flight itinerary showing your full name and departure from Bolivia
- Hotel reservation: must have name and passport number
- Economic Solvency: You will need to show a copy of your most recent bank statement or a statement from your credit card company showing your spending limit. There should be at least $50.00 for each day of your stay. Parent’s or legal guardian’s statement are accepted for minorapplicants. If you don’t have either of these, please show a bank account for another member of
your party or bring $50. / day of your stay in cash - Visa Fee Payment: $160.

participant will be asked to check an additional bag with supplies.

CURRENCY:
- 1 US dollar =6.90 Bolivianos. Bring new bills with no tears, ink spots, or folds.
- Credit cards are not widely excepted; ATMs are available
REQUIRED VACCINATIONS:
- Hepatitis A & B
- Typhoid
- Yellow Fever
- Current Tetanus
- Malaria

- July is winter in Bolivia. Daytime temp – upper 70s, nights upper 60s.
